VILLA INFO

KyGunAya Villa has three separate large spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms. All bedrooms are Air Conditioned and have wall fans, Hot and Cold water facilities, LCD TV with Sat Channels. Our rooms have luxurious mattresses with linen to match and the rooms are well soundproofed and are set in a walled garden area with a Large Lounge and Kitchen area.

 KyGunAya Villa Rooms and Pool Area

KyGunAya Villa is booked as a whole so the accomodation is ideal for a Family booking or for a group booking. Each room has a king size bed and a sofa bed and can cater for 3 people and so the whole of the Villa can accomodate a maximum of 9 people.

KyGunAya Villa Kitchen Area

Facilities include a  11 Mt x 3 Mt swimming pool including a  2 Mt x 3 Mt Children’s paddling pool within the garden area. The Kitchen area includes a Dining Table which is adjacent to the  Lounge Area which has a 40″ LCD TV with Satellite channels. Free drinking water, Tea and Coffee is available in the Kitchen. Breakfast is not included but we have a large Breakfast selection available that is served at our Chill Out Bar on the beach. Alternatively there is a Cafe outside the Villa’s front door which caters for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner for a reasonable price.
